The use of twe-online.net and twe-online.com is governed by the
terms and conditions as outlined below. Please review them carefully.
Your use of this site and placement of an order indicates that you
understand and accept the terms and conditions as set forth below.
T&W Enterprises (TWE) reserves the right to make changes, updates
and or corrections to this site and these terms and conditions at
any time.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final and return of a product may only be made for
defective merchandise. In most cases, warranty situations are handled
by the manufacturer. T&W Enterprises provides no warranty other
than the warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product. If
merchandise arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) or becomes defective within
the first 30 days of the invoice date, we will be glad to apply
the manufacturer's policy. Simply fill out the RMA online request
form or contact a T&W Enterprises representative. All returns must
be made to T&W Enterprises within 30 days from the original invoice
date. Any merchandise returned to T&W Enterprises must have a RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Merchandise
received without an RMA number or an expired RMA number will be
returned unopened. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days only.
For returns after 30 days contact the manufacturer or consult the
Manufacturer Warranties
and DOA Information contained on this website.
All merchandise must be returned in its original manufacturers
packaging (inside and out) and in saleable condition. All returns
must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static
bags, and accessories, just as you received them. The customer will
be charged for all missing items. Merchandise must be in as-new
condition - clean and without scratches or usage marks of any kind.
Do not write on the box! Customer will incur a 10% re-box fee if
the box is not returned in resalable condition. If the merchandise
was shipped to you double-boxed, it must be returned double-boxed.
There will be a restocking fee of up to 25% for returned products
or for any products returned as defective that are not defective.
The minimum fee is 5% or $50, whichever is more.
All returns must be sent by common carrier or courier service (Fed-Ex,
UPS, Airborne, etc.) that issues tracking numbers. Shipping charges
will not be refunded on any returned merchandise. Replacement merchandise
will be sent upon receipt of the defective product by T&W Enterprises.
Upon request, we will send a replacement product and charge it to
your credit card. We will issue a refund or credit your card when
T&W Enterprises receives your return. Overnight shipment costs are
the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
The advertisement of any merchandise on this site does not constitute
an offer to sell. Your receipt of an order confirmation (electronic,
fax or other form) does not constitute our acceptance of your order,
or confirm our offer to sell. T&W Enterprises reserves the right
to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right
at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to
you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
If you order items with different product availability times,
i.e. backorders, each item ordered will be shipped when it becomes
available. You will be notified via email when backorders are to
be shipped. No additional shipping charges will be accessed for
backordered items.
At T&W Enterprises' discretion any order placed in excess of $2,000
may be subject to pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment,
as established by our credit department. We may require additional
verifications or information before accepting any order.
Currently T&W Enterprises is not accepting international orders
via the websites. For international order inquiries please email
or call a T&W Enterprises' sales representative.
PRICING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
T&W Enterprises makes every effort to have all products offered
on our website in stock and at the price listed. The pricing and
availability information presented on our site is the most current
information we have, unfortunately mistakes do occur, and this information
does not constitute a guarantee of price or availability.
If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we
will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are
dependent upon the manufacturers, suppliers and distributors, and
other factors beyond our control and are subject to change.
PAYMENT METHODS
T&W Enterprises accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard,
Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks and in certain instances a company
check (allow 10 banking days for fund clearance before order is
processed). Orders placed via Cashier's check will be processed
upon receipt of check. Cashier's Check and company checks will be
accepted in U.S. Dollars only.
For your protection, we will only ship to the billing address of
your Credit Card. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing
your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
T&W Enterprises accepts orders online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
If your order is placed before 2 PM (EST) Monday-Friday we will
make every effort to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 2
PM (EST) will ship the next business day.
T&W Enterprises does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and all shipments are subject to availability.
We are not responsible for any shipping damage. Damage claims must
be made with the appropriate shipping company.
All items will be shipped either UPS or Fed-Ex 2 Day and insured
for the cost of merchandise. Overnight shipping is available at
an additional higher rate.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is FREE on hardware orders. Shipping charges will be incurred
on all orders for labels, ribbons and consumables and will be added
at the time of order processing.
SALES TAX
Sales tax in the amount of 7% will be charged on all orders delivered
in Florida. In the event of a return or partial refund, the applicable
sales tax will also be refunded.
